Karris is passionate about ensuring rider issues do not have a knock-on affect to the horse’s way of going, therefore she has recently teamed up with colleague Eve Rice, Stage 4 Senior Teacher and Accredited Professional Coach from ER Coaching, to produce the Rider Fitability Clinics. The are hosted at a range of equestrian venues across North-West England.
The clinics are designed to help you to stay as fit as your horse and that each time you ride, you do so to the best of your ability. By fine tuning your position as a rider, this improves the effectiveness of your riding and improves your ability to achieve the very best performance from your horse.

The clinics last 1-hour per horse and rider combination. This includes a 30-minute biomechanical assessment and treatment session wth Karris, which is part ridden and part ground based, followed by a 30-minute coaching session with Eve, who can offer assistance and advice regarding how to get the most out of your horse when you are riding at your best.
Karris welcomes enquiries for the Rider Fitability Clinics, or alternatively, Eve Rice can be contacted on 07896 894651.
