The EquiFitness Rider Class is a new and innovative equestrian specific exercise class which has been developed by Karris to improve your fitness as a rider. The classes include a range of strengthening, stability and flexibility exercises, all specific to the needs of the rider. The small group size enables Karris to pay attention to detail throughout the class, progressing or regressing exercises as required by each individual participant. Classes are run in the comfort of your own home or yard for up to 6 people. Karris aims to really challenge her riders to ensure that they get the most out of each and every session, but don’t worry, these classes are fun, friendly and supportive.
